2. Zero Tolerance Policy:
a. We are committed to maintaining a respectful, safe, and supportive environment for all our clients. To uphold this commitment, we strictly prohibit any form of improper conduct, including but not limited to harassment, cat-calling, ogling, approaching clients inappropriately, inappropriate behaviour, misconduct or soliciting. We enforce this policy to ensure a positive and comfortable experience for everyone within our studio premises.
b. We expect all clients and guests to respect each other’s personal space and boundaries. Any behaviour that makes others feel uncomfortable, disrespected, or threatened is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
c. If any client experiences or witnesses improper conduct within our fitness studio, we encourage them to report it to our staff or management promptly. We take all complaints seriously and will investigate and address such incidents discreetly and promptly.
d. In cases of verified improper conduct, appropriate action will be taken, ranging from verbal warnings to suspension or termination of the offender’s membership, depending on the severity of the behaviour.
3. Professional Competence:
a. Our staff and trainers are qualified, certified, and continuously strive to enhance their knowledge and skills to provide quality services to our clients.
b. We only offer services within the scope of our expertise and qualifications.
4. Privacy and Confidentiality:
a. We respect the privacy of our clients and protect the confidentiality of their personal and health information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
b. Personal information shared by clients will only be used for legitimate purposes related to the provision of our exercise, nutrition, and therapy services.

11. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
a. We comply with all applicable Kenyan laws, regulations, and industry standards related to the operation of our fitness studio.
