  • Client profile: An in-depth assessment of your goals, health history, medical history, nutritional habits, stress levels, sleep hygiene, and general lifestyle behaviours to determine your overall health profile which will inform your health intervention strategy.
  • Fitness tests: To determine the capacity at which you can safely and comfortably exercise and help monitor your progress.
  • Goal setting: Discuss your short, medium and long term goals and formulate a workable plan to meet them.
  • Patient-centred care: A review of the intervention strategies, with you at the core of every decision on how your exercise programme will be designed.
