We deal with patients that have gone through rehabilitation and referred to exercise for management of their condition. The following services will be provided:
- Client profile: An in-depth assessment of your goals, health history, medical history, nutritional habits, stress levels, sleep hygiene, and general lifestyle behaviours to determine your overall health profile which will inform your health intervention strategy.
- Fitness tests: To determine the capacity at which you can safely and comfortably exercise and help monitor your progress.
- Goal setting: Discuss your short, medium and long term goals and formulate a workable plan to meet them.
- Patient-centred care: A review of the intervention strategies, with you at the core of every decision on how your exercise programme will be designed.
- Body composition analysis (BCA): Will reveal health markers such as segmental lean muscle mass, body fat percentage and visceral body fat (body fat around your organs). This will establish a baseline of your current health markers and a way of progressing the improvement of your health.
- Education: Comprehensive educational awareness regarding healthy behaviours, exercises for home based activity and basic nutrition principles.
