Exercise Nutrition Coaching

This extremely valuable nutrition service is suitable for the following individuals:

  • Those that desire to supplement their exercise programme with knowledge and practical skills on the essentials of exercise nutrition.
  • Ladies who want to gain confidence in eating mindfully and improve overall nutrition habits to facilitate weight gain, weight maintenance or fat loss.
  • If you would like to be educated on basic principles of nutrition that are simple to reference and sustainable over the life course.

Our exercise nutrition coach will help you establish a customised nutrition plan for you to meet your exercise goals sustainably. By taking a holistic approach to your care, she will engage with you about your past/current eating habits, your past/current sleep hygiene, your stress levels, as well as your unique lifestyle and nutritional likes and dislikes. An in-depth understanding of you as a whole being will better inform your nutrition plan for sustainable results and behavioural change. A body composition analysis (BCA) will reveal health markers such as segmental lean muscle mass, body fat percentage and visceral body fat (body fat around your organs). This will establish a baseline of your current health markers and a way of progressing the improvement of your health.

NOTE: This service is suitable to individuals that DO NOT present with chronic illness. If you do have a chronic illness please refer to our dietetic services for medical nutrition therapy.
